Lindsay is the Mid-West Director for G2G in Cleveland, OH. She manages government affairs services throughout the country, representing clients in Washington, D.C. as well as Columbus where she leads our state government affairs practice. She uses her years of experience in advocacy at the federal, state and local levels to advise clients on how to navigate the system and implement the most effective strategies to achieve their goals. Prior to joining G2G, Lindsay served as the Director of Public Policy, Advocacy and Community Partnerships for the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center and previously served as the Cuyahoga County SART Manager. She built and managed a coalition of 26 hospitals, police departments, county prosecutors and counselors throughout Cuyahoga County to implement the first-ever policy for responding to sexual violence. She established a government affairs department within the Center and managed the state-wide sexual violence coalition. She has testified before the state legislature and worked closely with elected officials to write and enact legislation related to public health and criminal justice issues. Lindsay is also a prolific fundraiser, raising $75,000 for the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center in State Biennial Funds through discretionary contracting and organizing fundraising events for non-profits, including building a host committee, targeting private donors and foundations, soliciting donations from individuals and vendors, and managing logistics for events. She was part of a fundraising team that raised $255,000 in one single event. Her experience also includes working with UH Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital and working for the family business, Tommy's located in Cleveland Heights. With her vast background in advocacy and fundraising, Lindsay brings a wealth of knowledge, talent and connections to G2G.
